Based in Perthshire, Scotland but with clients and projects across Central Scotland this is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Buyer to join a Privately owned Construction Group delivering a variety of construction services across a broad range of sectors.
Opportunities with this Construction Group are scarce, this could be attributed to its strong and growing portfolio of clients and projects, repeat business, comprehensive list of construction services including New Build, Renovation and Maintenance across the residential, healthcare, education, retail and commercial sectors. As an Assistant Buyer you will work closely with an experienced Buyer, you will receive training, development and encouragement whilst being given the responsibility to work on the Group’s wide variety of projects. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support the Group’s Procurement and Commercial activities.
It is a requirement that you have Construction experience – preferably on Buildings projects.
The position is initially paying in the region of £25,000 and benefits.
