Construction Planners with Civil Engineering experience, Permanent position with a large Construction Group in the Central Belt of Scotland. Salary up to £55k + Package.

An award-winning privately-owned national construction group have an immediate opportunity for a Construction Planner. Based in their modern and commutable Head Office in Stirling this position offers the chance to join a Group with a turnover of close to £1bn, where you will be involved from tender stage through to delivery on a range of civil engineering projects across the UK.

The Civil Engineering Division of this well known Construction Group is embarking on planned strategic growth and developing its capability as a Civil Engineering Contractor to deliver major Construction and Infrastructure projects for new and existing Private and Public Sector clients.

This position would suit an experienced Planner with experience working on civils projects across any sector. Preferably you will have demonstrable experience of using Asta on live projects, and will have working familiarity of the Microsoft Office suite, though we will consider candidates with the relevant project experience who have primarily used Primavera.

Responsibilities of the role include,

• Supporting and working with the bid team throughout the tender process
• Provide technical planning support to projects
• Preparing client presentations as required
• Carry out delay analysis
• Identifying areas of risk and reporting back to management team
